Step 1: Type in your information ( you may leave Proxy blank). Click Submit

Step 2: Click the "Download" button to begin downloading the Pinnacle Net Watch Software.

Step 3: After clicking the download button you may get a pop-up bar at the top of your browser. Right click and select the "Download file" option.

Step 4: You may get a Security Warning, just click "Run" to proceed.

Step 5: If you get a pop up message that says" The publisher could not be verified." Click "Run" to continue.

Step 6: You should see the screen below when the software installation begging. These windows will close automatically when finish

Step 7: You should see the screen below when the installation is complete, it may take a few moments for a member of the Pinnacle Net Watch Team to assist you.
